民眾黨副總統參選人吳欣盈近期陷入國籍爭議，今（4）晚她按照計畫飛杜拜參加聯合國氣候變遷大會(COP 28)，名嘴張銘祐就質疑是出國避風頭。對此，吳欣盈再嗆「希望以後媒體朋友問我事情的時候，自己會先去查證」，強調立法院10月就發公文，每個黨要求一個委員陪同代表立法院參加COP，自己當時就是代表民眾黨去，「這本來就在我的行程上」。
